At Fragrance of Candles, we want you to fall in love with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible Returns

• It arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item
• The product is unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery

Please note: Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our candles, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

🔁 Exchanges

If your candle arrived damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement at no extra cost. Just share a clear photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange.

🕒 Return Timeline

• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Once approved, the return must be shipped within 5 business days
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item

🚚 How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@fragranceofcandles.com with your Order ID and reason for return
2. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
3. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return/exchange instructions

🔒 Final Notes

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
